The present invention relates to a production method for a tissue-regenerating chip comprising a biodegradable synthetic polymer that has been surface-modified with a natural water-soluble polymer and relates to a tissue-regenerating chip comprising a biodegradable synthetic polymer that has been surface-modified with a natural water-soluble polymer produced by means of the method. With the tissue-regenerating chip of the present invention, which comprises the biodegradable synthetic polymer that has been surface-modified with a natural water-soluble polymer, it is possible for cells to adhere and grow in a uniformly distributed fashion in the tissue-regenerating chip and for a pre-produced biodegradable synthetic polymer to be straightforwardly surface-modified because a natural water-soluble polymer coated onto the surface thereof is dissolved in a process of immersing same in an aqueous solution so as to render the surface of the tissue-regenerating chip porous, and, additionally, the tissue-regenerating chip of the present invention is highly processable and physically strong so as to be capable even of use in organs where strength is required because of the use of the biodegradable synthetic polymer.
