A curvature variable mirror which is configured so as to be able to vary the curvature thereof and provided with a mirror matrix (2X) reflecting a laser beam on the side of the mirror's reflective surface, wherein the mirror matrix (2X) is formed using a spring copper alloy and the spring copper alloy is configured from one member that is selected from among phosphor bronze, nickel silver, chromium copper, copper-zirconium alloy, copper-titanium alloy, copper-nickel alloy and an alloy prepared by adding to copper at least one element selected form among Ni (nickel), Sn (tin), Si (silicon), Mg (magnesium), Zn (zinc), Mn (manganese), Pb (lead), Fe (iron) and Al (aluminum).
