The frame section (1) has a first housing (1a) to receive a rolled lower edge (2b) of a first solar photovoltaic module. A second housing (1b) receives a rolled upper edge (2a) of a second solar photovoltaic module. The second housing allows relative movement of the upper edge of the second module relative to the section according to a degree of freedom, so as to allow removal and/or installation of the second module. A joint (6) is placed inside the second housing and matched with shape of the second housing to ensure sealing of the second housing while allowing movement of the upper edge. An independent claim is also included for a solar photovoltaic installation.
