[Problem] The purpose of the present invention is to provide an intravascular injection monitoring device and a monitoring system using the same, enabling a prompt and accurate objective determination of the occurrence of an anomaly in the intravascular injection of a drug. [Solution] The invention is characterized by being provided with: a drug injection device for intravascularly administering a drug solution, transfusion, or the like; an agent-to-be-detected injection device for injecting an agent-to-be-detected into an injection route; and a detection device for detecting the agent-to-be-detected flowing through a blood vessel.
