A wear-resisting high-phosphorus copper alloy for ships and offshore engineering and a high-phosphorus copper alloy rod made of the alloy. The alloy comprises the following components in percentage by weight: 0.6-0.8% of phosphorus, 6-8% of tin and 91.2-93.4% of copper. The conventional phosphorus content is increased to about 0.7% from common 0.1%, so as to enhance the elasticity and the wear resistance of the alloy. Furthermore, the production method of the high-phosphorus copper alloy is further provided. The method adopts a high-temperature low-speed alloy ingot casting method and a vacuum brightness alloy ingot low-temperature annealing method, so as to change the grain structure of an alloy ingot, thereby effectively preventing the high-phosphorus copper alloy from being cracked when the high-phosphorus copper alloy is too hard or too crisp in an extruding process.
