To efficiently analyze text reviews with limited time and resources, provided is a technology that from among a large number of text reviews, efficiently extracts some of the text reviews that a person (analyst) should reference. The invention is a method wherein a computer extracts some text bodies from multiple text bodies, and includes: a step in which a primary evaluation is made of the degree of a positive expression and of the degree of a negative expression in each text body; a step in which a secondary evaluation of each text body is made on the basis of multiple evaluation functions, of which at least a portion thereof have as variables thereof, the degree of the positive expression and the degree of the negative expression; and a step in which a text body for which each evaluation result based on the same evaluation function is higher is extracted preferentially to a text body for which each of the evaluation results is lower.
