The present invention relates to a biosensor having stability in that a nanowire is not dissolved by acidic and alkaline solutions or blood, and a method of manufacturing same. The manufacturing method of the biosensor includes a step of forming a protective layer on a surface of a nanowire by using hydrocarbon or carbon fluoride through plasma polymerization, and a step of fixing antibodies to the protective layer.
