A human face identity authentication method comprises the steps of: initiating an interactive authentication request, the interactive authentication request comprising a requested interactive trajectory; obtaining interactive information about a human face; according to the interactive information about the human face, extracting an action trajectory of the human face; judging whether the action trajectory of the human face is consistent with the requested interactive trajectory, if yes, the authentication is passed, otherwise the authentication has failed. By extracting an action trajectory of a human face from interactive information about the human face and performing judgment according to the action trajectory of the human face, a traditional static password is replaced with a dynamic password in human face identity authentication so that deception authentication can be effectively prevented, thereby being able to ensure the authenticity of an identity passing authentication.
