The circuit has a substrate (3) comprising two semiconductor layers (5, 7) having two different bandgap energies, where one of the bandgap energies is larger than the other bandgap energy. Two photodetectors (1, 2) are sensitive to two different colors and formed by the two semiconductor layers. Two biasing pads (9, 10) electrically connect the semiconductor layers to two polarization circuits (8a, 8b) delivering two different potential differences. One of the biasing pads is deprived of an electric connection with the one of the semiconductor layers.
