The book has an intermediate layer (1) projecting over entire perimeter relative to front and rear layers (2, 3) made of paper or cardboard, where the three layers are fixed with each other by an adhesive. A recess (4) is arranged in one of pages or cover of the layers affects the intermediate and the front layers. A removable complementary part (5) incorporates another recess that is opened toward a posterior side of the part for affecting a foam or soft material inner layer of the part, exclusively. The latter recess is fitted with another removable complementary part. The intermediate layer is made of soft material or foam.
