Assembly of a motor vehicle headlight and at least one replacement module, and method for repairing the headlight

The assembly has a headlight/light comprising a case with a wall having a breakable contour (8.1) dedicated to an original module. The contour is cut to release an access opening (9.1) to replace the original module by a replacement module (3a). The replacement module is attached to a closing part (11) by a flexible connector (10), where the contour of the closing part corresponds to the dedicated contour and closes the released opening. Profile of the dedicated contour is selected such that the profile is associated with the original module in a univocal manner. The flexible connector is a flexible bond, an elastic bond, or a flexible strip, and the replacement module has a light source i.e. LED (L). An independent claim is also included for a method for repairing a headlight or a light of a car.
