Hypoallergenic allergen derivatives of Pru p 3 for immunotherapy of IgE-mediated peach allergy

The major peach allergen Pru p 3 is responsible for allergies occurring mainly in the Mediterranean area. Hypoallergenic derivatives of Pru p 3 are disclosed which can be used as a vaccine in the treatment of allergic patients.
