PURPOSE: A polyvinyl butyral(PVB) resin capable of substituting PVC products or a loess-blended sheet board utilizing polyvinylidene chloride(PVDC) and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to manufacture environmentally-friendly sheets and floor materials including loess.;CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of loess-blended sheet boards comprises the following steps: mixing 10-500 wt% of loess powder with various type resin powder and fusing the resin pulverized materials(6); obtaining the loess-blended sheets(40,42) through extrusion and flat board exhausting processes from an extruder(12); heat-extruding the loess-blended flat sheet and glass fiber sheet(24) through a conveyor type extruding device(18); sinking the glass fiber sheet into the loess-blended flat sheet; thermally bonding a finishing sheet(28) after coating one side of the sheet with adhesive; and obtaining the loess-blended sheet board(100) by coating the other side of the sheet with adhesive and attaching a release sheet(34).;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013;[Reference numerals] (8) Loess powder; (AA) PVB, PVDC crushed material; (BB) Product packing; (CC) Shipping and storing
