PURPOSE: Functional pig feed additive using germinated and fermented soybeans, and a producing method thereof are provided to obtain high quality pork. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of functional pig feed additive using germinated and fermented soybeans comprises the following steps: soaking washed soybeans in rice washing water for 8-12 hours; germinating the soaked soybeans in an incubator for 1-2 days; steaming the germinated soybeans at 110-130 deg. C for 10-30 minutes; injecting a ferment bacillus to the steamed soybeans; fermenting the soybeans in the incubator at 10-25 deg. C for 1-3 days; drying the fermented soybeans in a hot-air drier before crushing; soaking the crushed soybean powder in 3-5%(w/w) beta-cyclodextrin solution for 30 minutes-5 hours; and drying the soaked soybean powder in the hot-air drier.
