CRANE ARRANGEMENT STRUCTURE IN A WORK PLACE AND A CASTING MANUFACTURING METHOD USING THE SAME CAPABLE OF EXPANDING FACILITIES AT MINIMUM COSTS

PURPOSE: A crane arrangement structure in a work place and a casing manufacturing method using the same are provided to improve productivity and product quality and to reduce work time by installing facilities and manufacturing devices in areas where first and second cranes move.;CONSTITUTION: A crane arrangement structure in a work place comprises a work place(100), a first crane(200), a second crane(300), and a common facility(400). Products with different sizes, shapes, and weights are produced in the work place. The first crane is installed in the work place and transfers small and medium products produced in the work place while reciprocating in one direction. The second crane is installed in the work place and forms a common area(500) intersecting with a first crane moving area. The second crane transfers large products while reciprocating in one direction intersecting with a first crane moving direction. The common facility is installed in one of first and second crane moving areas and the common area. The common facility manufactures a common product including the products which the first and second cranes transfer.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
