PURPOSE: A data frame transmission method and apparatus thereof are provided to promote the performance of wireless communication by increasing diversity gains using a time block coding method.;CONSTITUTION: A processor(910) creates a data frame. The data frame includes a service filed and a data field. The data field includes VHT-SIG-B like a VHT(Very High Throughput) signal information. The processor transmits the wireless signal of the data frame through an operating channel bandwidth. The data field is scrambled by a scrambling sequence.
