PURPOSE: An opening and shutting type roof system for a canopy of construction equipment is provided to prevent a roof and rainwater from being dropped in a driver seat due to the weight of the rainwater collecting in the roof.;CONSTITUTION: An opening and shutting type roof system for a canopy of construction equipment comprises a chassis(40), a stopper(30), and a roof storage. The chassis is formed on the top of a left frame and a right frame. The stopper fixes both ends of a flexible roof covering the top of a canopy. The stopper is inserted in the chassis.
