PURPOSE: A three-dimensional image information transmission system and a method thereof are provided to transmit three-dimensional image information of small data quantity by transmitting three-dimensional image information by using difference information between a left eye texture image and a right eye texture image.;CONSTITUTION: A difference information extracting unit(240) extracts difference information in comparison with a second synthesis texture image and a second original texture image. The second synthesis texture image is synthesized based on a first texture image and depth information.
