PURPOSE: A lighting device is provided to perform the heat exchange with outside air effectively by arranging an air inlet and an air outlet of the lighting device to the part exposed to outside. CONSTITUTION: A lighting device(100) comprises a light emitting module part(110), a heat radiator(120) having heat radiator panels formed around the outer side, and a heat radiation fan(130) arranged on said heat radiator. The above lighting device comprises an upper case(150) covering the heat radiation fan and a driver(140) electrically connected to the heat radiation fan and an LED housing substrate(112) which is arranged inside said upper case. The lighting device is able to further include a lower case(160) which is cohered to the upper case and fixes the light emitting module part. The light emitting module part includes at least one LED(111) and an LED housing substrate for installing at least one LED.
