HEATING BIOFUEL AND A MANUFACTURING METHOD OF THE SAME CAPABLE OF REDUCING MANUFACTURING COST BY USING BYPRODUCTS GENERATED FROM A VEHICLE BIOFUEL MANUFACTURING PROCESS

PURPOSE: A heating biofuel and a manufacturing method of the same are provided to prevent soot from being generated by implementing complete combustion.;CONSTITUTION: A heating biofuel includes 75-85 weight% of glycerin, 10-20 weight% of alcohol, 2-3 weight% of fatty acid, and 2-3 weight% of a dispersion agent. One or more of the glycerin, alcohol, and fatty acid are obtained from byproducts generated from a biofuel manufacturing process on the basis of a waste oil hydrolyzing process. The heating biofuel further includes antifreezing solution or an emulsifier. The alcohol is one or more of propanol, butanol, and pentanol. The antifreezing solution is ethylene glycol or methanol. The emulsifier is one or more of sorbitan sesquioleate, polyoxyethylene sorbitan monooleate, methyl glucose sesquistearate, and PEG-4 dilaurate.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
