A process for preparing glycilipid surfactant using Pseudozimma sp.

PURPOSE: A method for preparing a large amount of MEL-e using Pseudozimma sp. microorganism is provided to economically produce glycolipid-based surfactant and to use the glycolipid-based surfactant in environment, agriculture, and cosmetic fields. CONSTITUTION: A method for preparing a large amount of MEL-e comprises: a step of culturing Pseudozimma sp. SY16 in a medium containing fatty acid as a carbon source; and a step of collecting MEL-e of chemical formula 1 from the culture. The fatty acid is oleic acid, palmitic acid, stearic acid, linoleic acid, or arakidonic acid.
