PURPOSE: An ultralight sunshade board for a vehicle is provided to reduce the number of processes by simultaneously cold-forming the board and attaching a surface material to the board.;CONSTITUTION: An ultralight sunshade board for a vehicle is comprised as follows. A mat-type GOM(glass olefin mat) is prepared by mixing glass fiber and polyolefin fiber. Ring portions(3) are formed by punching the GOM. The sunshade board is formed by piling up the GOMs in multiple stages in a way that the ring portions touch each other and heating the piled GOMs. Surface materials(5) are integrally attached to the outer surfaces of the GOMs when the GOMs are cold-formed.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
