PURPOSE: An injection molding device and an injection molding method using the same are provided to easily separate molded objects having an undercut portion from a mold by pushing the molded objects with a slide unit.;CONSTITUTION: An injection molding device comprises a first mold(11), a second mold, cores(15a,15b), a slide unit, and an elastic unit. The second mold is coupled to the first mold to form a cavity(14) of a shape corresponding to a molded object. The cores are formed in the outside of the first mod to form an undercut portion in the molded object. If the first and second molds are separated, the slide unit is protruded from one side of the first mold. If the first and second molds are coupled, the slide unit is inserted into the first mold. The elastic unit elastically biases the slide unit to protrude the slide unit from one side of the first mold. If the first and second molds are separated after the molded object is formed, the slide unit is protruded from one side of the first mold to push the molded object so that the undercut portion of the molded object can be separated from the cores.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
