摘要

PURPOSE: A vacuum and heat exchanging desorption type volatile organic compound(VOC) concentration apparatus and a vacuum and heat exchanging desorption type VOC concentration method are provided to efficiently collect VOC at low cost. CONSTITUTION: A vacuum and heat exchanging desorption type VOC concentration apparatus includes a shell(10), a tube(20), a fan, a dual outer wall(40), a heating unit(50), a vacuum pump(30), and a circulating path(60). The tube is formed in the shell. The tube is filled with activated carbon fiber. The upper part and the lower part of the tube are connected to external side. Gas is introduced into the upper part of the tube, and gas is exhausted from the lower part of the tube. The fan is connected to the lower part of the tube and sucks gas from the tube. The dual outer wall is spaced apart from the outer surface of the shell. The heating unit supplies heated air into the shell. The vacuum pump generates vacuum in the shell. The circulating path circulates the heated air from the inner part of the shell to a part between the shell and the dual outer wall.
