PURPOSE: A high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain excellent workability by preventing yield point elongation and extend the service life of equipment by securing shape fixability.;CONSTITUTION: A high-strength cold-rolled steel sheet comprises 0.002-0.010weight% of C, 0.3-0.6weight% of Mn, 0.03-0.08 weight% of P, 0.02-0.08weight% of Al, 0.001-0.003weight% of B, 0.05-0.30weight% of W, 0.002-0.010weight% of N, 0.04-0.10weight% of Ti, 0.015weight% or less of S, and the remaining amount of Fe and inevitable impurities, wherein the atomic ratio of Ti to C, Ti/C, is 2.0-3.1 and the atomic ratio of B to N, B/N, is 0.2-1.5.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
