PURPOSE: An automatic application recommendation system for a smart phone considering a psychological state of a user is provided to recognize a wellbeing condition degree or a sense of fatigue, thereby recommending a proper application for the user.;CONSTITUTION: A recommendation module(200) senses state information including a psychological current state of a user. The recommendation module firstly recommends an application to the user based on a wellbeing condition degree or a sense of fatigue of the user. The recommendation module automatically recommends the application which is the same as the sensed user state information.
