PURPOSE: A biodegradable chip bone transplant pocket having bone regenerative activity is provided to improve bone regenerative activity by promoting synostosis by including growth factors in fiber or osteocomma.;CONSTITUTION: A chip bone transplant pocket is formed of fiber(10) covering osteocomma(20). The osteocomma is covered to prevent movement. The osteocomma generates a bone to form synostosis. The fiber includes plural openings to move body fluid and nourishment. The fiber limits the movement of the osteocomma by converting the osteocomma. The fiber has a pocket shape to insert the osteocomma into the inside. The fiber minimizes intervals between osteocomma by collecting small osteocomma.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
