摘要

mPOC-40HA composites are mechanically strong and can be cured within minutes of injection. The addition of the ceramic component was critical to prevent a deleterious tissue response and increase mechanical properties. Release of statins may assist in osteogenesis and angiogenesis to promote bone regeneration through their constant release. These composites are suitable for evaluation in a bone segmental defect model.
