PURPOSE: A graphene manufacturing method is provided to generate high purity submicron graphene without tails-end treatment and control the size of graphene without generating any additional impurities. CONSTITUTION: A graphene manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: pumping to generate the gas circulated gradually from the reaction tube, the cyclone, and collecting part of Induced heat plasma device; supplying induced electromotive force to the domain of induced coil by the high frequency power supply, and generating the plasma in the induced power supply by spraying the plasma sourced gas from the plasma torch to the reaction tube; injecting the gas quenched from top of the reaction tube toward the end of the plasma formed domain; passing hydrocarbon gas through the plasma formed region by injecting hydrocarbon gas as a starting raw material from the plasma touch toward the reaction tube; and generating graphene by passing the hydrocarbon gas through the plasma formed region for pyrolyzing.
