CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of visible light active metal porphyrin-polyoxometallate hybrid material photo catalyst comprises these following steps. Manufacturing the compound of chemical formula 2 by dissolving and reacting the porphyrin compound of chemical formula 1 with metal halide in the pyridine; Manufacturing the compound of chemical formula 3 by applying the compound of chemical formula 2 and potassium carbonate to the mixed solvents of tetra-hydro furan and water; Applying nitric acid solution and acetone to the compound of chemical formula 3 to be crystallized, thereby manufacturing the porphyrinic complex compound of chemical formula 4; Manufacturing metal porphyrin-polyoxometallate hybrid material by applying the porphyrinic complex compound of chemical 4 and the polyoxometallate compound to water In the chemical formula 1-4, M is a metal which is selected from the transition metal belonging to the group 3-12, and metal as well as semimetal belonging to the group of 13 -15.
