PURPOSE: A SNS(Social Network Service) for sharing, participating in, opening civic movements is provided to encourage the spread of information and to attract participation from people by sharing opinions about a civic movement. CONSTITUTION: A management server provides a worksheet in which a user is able to register the date/time/place information and details of a civic movement. The management server establishes a database for the civic movement information registered in the worksheet and AR(Augmented Reality) images generated in the civic movement information. A smart mobile terminal transmits location information with the time information in the active mode of an application program.
