PURPOSE: A sensor for measuring concentration of chlorophyll-a which is included in underwater plant plankton is provided to detect fluorescence quantity with a photo detection part comprising two photo detectors, thereby being effective in easily measuring a micro signal .;CONSTITUTION: A sensor for measuring concentration of chlorophyll-a included in underwater plant plankton comprises a light emitting part, a sample part, a first sensor part, and a second sensor part. The light emitting part provides light to be absorbed in chlorophyll-a. The chlorophyll-a is included in underwater plant plankton. The light emitted from the light emitting part passes through the sample part. The first sensor part measures the quantity of light which is absorbed in chlorophyll-a by passing through the sample part.
