TRAVELING POSITION INSPECTION DEVICE OF AN LIQUID CRYSTAL DISPLAY TRANSFER ROBOT CAPABLE OF PREVENTING COLLISION OF A ROBOT WITH BOJECTS DUE TO DEFECTS OF DRIVING POSITION AND AN INSPECTION METHOD THEREOF
PURPOSE: A traveling position inspection device of an LCD(Liquid Crystal Display) transfer robot and an inspection method thereof are provided to obtain and correct defect position of various position regions for each driving shaft system.;CONSTITUTION: A traveling position inspection device of an LCD transfer robot(1) comprises position sensors(20) and sensing dogs(21). The position sensor is attached to the fixed position of the transporting robot. The sensing dog is installed at a reference stopping position(A) which is previously input in the robot controller correspondently to the position sensor. Next running is performed by stopping the transporting robot moved through a robot controller at predetermined reference stop position and receiving on-signal of the position sensor which senses the sensing dog at the same time.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
