PURPOSE: A light guide reflective plate capable of controlling transmittance and reflectance, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to obtain uniform intensity of radiation.;CONSTITUTION: A light guide reflective plate(100) includes a base plate(110), diffuser(120), metallization base layer(130), and reflective film(140). The base plate is made of transparent material in a flat shape. Diffuser is formed on the surface of the base plate in a dotted pattern. The metallization base layer is made of transparent material and surrounds the surface of the diffuser.
