The module has a plate spreading penetrated light effectively and uniformly. A photoconductor column has an arch-shaped and a reflecting layer (31). Light sources (4) are located at both ends of the column, and illuminate the column. The light is guided through the reflecting surface to the area between the plate and the membrane to reflect the light directly by the membrane. The light then penetrates the plate and spreads uniformly.
