PURPOSE: A heat radiating device of a local heat source is provided to improve heat dissipation by maximizing the heat transmission efficiency of a heat sink.;CONSTITUTION: A heat radiating device of a local heat source includes a heat transfer unit(61). The heat transfer unit is inserted and attached to an opening of a heat sink(60) to be combined with the heat sink. The heat transfer unit includes a first housing, a magnet rotator(62), fluid(63), and a driving unit. The first housing is inserted and attached to the opening of the heat sink and is sealed. The magnet rotator is inserted into the first housing. The fluid is filled in the first housing to which the magnet rotator is inserted. The driving unit is combined with the bottom of the first housing to generate a magnetic field and rotates the magnet rotator.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
