SLIDE MEMBER WITH IMPROVED FATIGUE RESISTANCE AND SEIZURE RESISTANCE

PURPOSE: A slide member is provided to improve fatigue resistance and seizure resistance.;CONSTITUTION: A slide member comprises a first layer(2), a second layer(3), and a third layer(4). The fist layer contains first metal having thermal conductivity under a range of room temperature to 450K or a range of 200 to 450W/(mk). The second layer contains second metal which strength is weaker than the first metal. The third layer is arranged in between the first and second layers. The third layer contains the first metal as a parent phase and the second metal as a secondary phase. An area ratio of the secondary phase is 10%-30% and the thickness of the third layer is more than 3% of the whole thickness of the first and second and third layers.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2013
