PURPOSE: An arch bridge made of high-strength fiber reinforced concrete and a construction method thereof are provided to improve construction performance by minimizing environmental changes. CONSTITUTION: An arch bridge(100) made of high-strength fiber reinforced concrete comprises a pair of concrete footings(110,110'), an arch girder(120), strain prevention members(130), columns(140), and a slab(150). The concrete footings face each other to support the arch girder. The arch girder is formed by connecting end arches(121) and a center arch(122) to each other and inserting a PC steel member into the end and center arches. When the PC steel member is tensioned, the strain prevention members are formed between the arch girder and the concrete footings. The columns are protruded from the arch girder and support the slab. The slab has boreholes in which the columns are coupled and is connected to the arch girder.
