PURPOSE: A gas-phase synthesis method of heterostructured material consisting of carbon nano-tube and metallic nano-wire is provided to control growth and structure of carbon nano-tubes which are dispersed in gas phase by using an electro spinning and a thermal chemical vapor deposition. CONSTITUTION: A gas-phase synthesis method of heterostructured material consisting of carbon nano-tube and metallic nano-wire comprise next steps: synthesizing a nano-wire shape in which polymer and metal-nitride are mixed by mixing polymers in metal nitrate; manufacturing bimetallic nano-wires which polymer is removed by using a thermal process; forming the bimetallic nano-wires in an aerosol shape; manufacturing pure bimetallic nano-wires; and growing the carbon nano-tubes on pure bimetallic nano-wires. The processing are consecutively processing under gas phase.
