PURPOSE: A juicer with a grinding function and a grinding drum used for the same are provided to replace a mesh drum for juicing with the grinding drum, thereby implementing a grinding function without a separate hopper and cover.;CONSTITUTION: A juicer comprises a cover(100), a screw(200), a housing, a driving body(640), and a grinding drum. The housing has a juice outlet(560), a residue outlet(570), and a housing discharge hole(540) at the bottom which is connected to the residue outlet. The screw is rotated in the housing. The grinding drum is formed with a side wall to allow the screw to rotate therein and a drum discharge hole which is connected to the juice discharge hole.
