PURPOSE: Jelly type health functional food containing fish oil, and a producing method thereof are provided to enable users to chew the soft health functional food instead of taking in a capsule shape. CONSTITUTION: A producing method of jelly type health functional food containing fish oil comprises the following steps: heat-dissolving alginic acid, and cooling at 10-40 deg C to obtain a low temperature alginic acid gelled solution(S11); mixing the low temperature alginic acid gelled solution with the fish oil and a nonionic emulsifier(S21); adding divalent positive ion metallic salt to the alginic acid gelled solution containing the fish oil to obtain alginic acid jelly containing the fish oil(S31); dispersing gelling agents selected from carrageenan, agar, or gelatin to water, and heat-dissolving the gelling agents to obtain a second gelled solution(S41); and inserting the alginic acid jelly containing the fish oil into the second gelled solution, and cooling the mixture before pouring into a molding frame for molding(S51).
