PURPOSE: A white rice wine(Makgeolli) containing small black soybean fermented paste is provided to maintain at room temperature for a long time and without fermentation smell and sediment. CONSTITUTION: A method for manufacturing white rice wine(Makgeolli) containing small black soybean fermented paste comprises: a step of producing coarse liquor through crude liquid extraction(3-1 process) by spirit process(second process) using general fermentation materials(1-1 process); a step of pulverizing small black soybean fermented paste in microparticles to obtain powder(3-2 process); a step of mixing the pulverized past and filtering(fourth process); and a step of performing homogenous mixing and filtering.
