PURPOSE: A pan-PZT based piezoelectric ceramic composition with improved temperature stability and thermal shock quality is provided to enhance piezoelectric characteristic when the composition is applied in the actuator. CONSTITUTION: A pan-PZT based piezoelectric ceramic composition is represented by chemical formula 1. The chemical formula 1 is as follows: xPb (Al1/2Nb1/2) O3 - (1-x) Pb (ZryTi1-y) O3 + mNb2O5 + nMnO2. In the chemical formula 1, x indicates 0.01-0.07 mol, and y indicates 0.49-0.53 mol. 0.3-0.9 wt% of m is included based on the total weight of the composition. 0.1-0.7 wt% of n is included based on the total weight of the composition. In the chemical formula 1, the content of the Zr is 0.51 or 0.50 mol.
