PURPOSE: A method for reusing river water and drained water of a sewage-wastewater treatment plant as agricultural water using an agricultural water supplying unit is provided to cost effectively supply agricultural water without replacing a membrane by washing an automatic screening filter part using nanowater. CONSTITUTION: A method for reusing river water and drained water of a sewage-wastewater treatment plant as agricultural water using an agricultural water supplying unit includes the following steps: feed water is introduced into the apparatus, and microorganism and floating materials are removed from the feed water(S1); the water is introduced into an automatic screening filter part(S2); fine floating materials are removed from the water(S3); screen meshes are washed(S4); the water without the fine floating materials is sterilized(S5); and the sterilized water is supplied as agricultural water(S6).
