摘要

PURPOSE: A method for providing information about RA(refractory asthma) considering influence of an air pollution factor and weather by using a multiple linear regression analysis is provided to build an early warning system for preventing an aggravation of RA by predicting an aggravation risk of a disease through a estimation of influence of an air pollution factor and weather on an RA patient. CONSTITUTION: A factor influencing an aggravation of RA is selected among daily weather and air pollution factors. A modeling is performed by using a multiple linear regression analysis method. The weather and air pollution factors include temperature, humidity, pressure, precipitation, sunshine, fine dust, ozone, carbon monoxide, nitrogen dioxide, and sulfur dioxide. Information about RA includes a forced vital capacity predictive value, a predictive value of forced expiratory volume in one second, and information about pulmonary function in one second.
