PURPOSE: A method for predicting lung cancer occurrence risk and prognosis is provided to delay and prevent lung cancer occurrence in advance. CONSTITUTION: A method for predicting lung cancer occurrence risk and prognosis comprises a step of detecting a SNP of 27th base of sequence number 1 in ADPRT genes; a SNP of 27th base of sequence number 2 in XRCC1 gene; a SNP of 27th base of sequence number 3 in MGMT gene; a SNP of 27th base of sequence number 4 in XPC gene; a SNP of 27th base of sequence number 5 in XPD gene; or a SNP of 27th base of sequence number 6 in MSH2 gene, from a patient.
