Device and method for inputting Korean characters on touchscreen based upon fisheye effect, and electronic device using the same

摘要

PURPOSE: A device and a method for inputting Korean letters on a touch screen based on a fisheye effect, and an electronic device using the same are provided to remarkably lower an input error which is generated in a narrow display environment by selective enlarging the size of an input key according to the basic rule of a Korean alphabet. CONSTITUTION: A storage(B10) stores the consonant and vowel of Korean alphabet. A display unit(B20) displays a Korean character keypad including input key of the vowel and consonant of Korean alphabet. An input unit(B30) detects a touch input from consonant and vowel of the displayed Korean alphabet. If the inputted consonant is an initial sound consonant, a controller(B40) enlarges and displays a vowel input are which can be combined to the initial sound consonant on a touch screen. If one vowel is inputted among the vowel input area, the controller enlarges and displays the consonant input area of the initial sound of a Korean syllable and the consonant input area of a final sound of a Korean syllable in which the vowel is included.
