PURPOSE: A fermenting apparatus for livestock excrements is provided to easily manage a fermentation tank by naturally cleaning the inner wall of a fermentation tank using a brush part.;CONSTITUTION: A fermentation apparatus for livestock excrements includes a fermentation tank(10), an outlet, a stirring member(20), and an operating pipe(30). The operating pipe is connected with an elevating rope(31) at the upper side of the fermentation tank. The operation pipe includes a conduit part(32), spraying nozzles(34), a guiding roll(35), and a plurality of brushes(36). Multi-staged horizontal conduits(32a) are arranged at the conduit part. Vertical conduits(32b) are connected along the circumference of the horizontal conduit at equal intervals to connect the conduits. The spraying nozzles are formed at the outer circumferences of the conduits. The guiding roll is attached on the outer circumference of the conduit part.
