Composting apparatus by mixed fermentation of livestock excrement leftover foods and agro-fishery by-products

The present invention relates to a composting device for producing organic fertilizers by mixed fermentation of livestock excrement, agricultural and marine byproducts or leftover food. The composting device comprises: a fermenting tank which comprises one or two inlets formed on one side of an upper part thereof to inject one or more raw materials selected from livestock excrement, agricultural and marine byproducts or leftover food, and an outlet formed on a center of a lower part thereof for discharging composted compost; a pair of stirring screws which are placed in parallel in the vertical direction in the fermenting tank, and installed to rotate, respectively; and a heater pipe which is placed along an inner circumferential surface of the fermenting tank in a coil form, and installed to uniformly heat the one or more raw materials selected from the agricultural and marine byproducts or leftover food in the fermenting tank. The present invention mixes, stirs and ferments one or more raw materials of livestock excrement, agricultural and marine byproducts and leftover food to efficiently and rapidly ferment and produce composts, an organic fertilizer, maintains a constant fermenting temperature in a mixture inside the fermenting tank, and installs a stirring device in the fermenting tank double to increase a stirring efficiency while selectively operating the stirring device according to production amount of compost, thereby reducing energy.
