PURPOSE: An environmentally friendly high function board and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to have surface smoothness, anti-scratch, abrasion resistance, transparency, chemical resistance, resistance to solvents, lightproof, allosteric and high polishing properties. CONSTITUTION: A manufacturing method of an environmentally friendly high function board comprises the following steps: preparing an imitation wood board; pre-heating the imitation wood board with a surface temperature of 40-60 deg. Celsius; welding a film in which a pattern is printed on the upper side of the preheated board; forming a primer layer by coating the upper side of the welded film layer with the primer composition; forming a UV coating layer by coating the upper surface of the primer layer with UV coating liquid with a thickness of 70-150 micrometers; and drying the same. The imitation wood includes natural vegetable fiber powder, a synthetic resin, a binder, and an additive.
